I purchased a mod juice and 2 set's of batteries and a charger from this store approximately 5 months ago and the charger quit working I am asking everyone I know to please not shop at the location just North of the 81ST and Memorial Dr intersection because they will not back the warranty on there products The young women that was there was extremely rude and not helpful at all and it didn't seem to bother her that I said I just won't shop here anymore

Bought some juice from these guys (not from the discount shelf, I paid full price) opened the bottle and filled my tank, juice was nasty and bitter. Looked at the bottle and it was 5 years old. Juice expires after 2, as the nicotine degrades and begins tasting bitter. Called and had a lady answer the phone and tell me juice stays good for 5 years (it DOES NOT) and should taste SWEET after it expires (this is also untrue). Luckily they said they were willing to swap it out for a new bottle after I came to the store and showed them. However the bottle they gave me was also over 2 years old. Will not be going back. Check the products you buy from this store.
