I'm a regular at this location. I've never had a bad experience at any Vaporwize location. I don't think I've been in any of their stores for longer than 10 minutes, usually less than 3 minutes. Granted, I usually know what I want before I go in.

Just went there today and I should have asked for the girls name. But she was so nice and helpful for me today. I went here to buy a vape pen charger and unfortunately they didn't have it. However, the girl that was there immediately wrote down which one I needed and said she'd have it ordered to be there next week. I just wanted to thank y'all on here because employees like that seem to be rather rare and I could go looking for a charger at another shop but because of how she gave such good costumer service I'm waiting till the ones she ordered come in and buying it from there!

I'm not a huge fan of the liquids sold here because they taste super chemically and harsh, BUT they do have good prices on equipment, and are very friendly. Great place to get help or liquid in a jam. There are other places to get a better quality juice though. You can't blame them on the juice part 100% though because the FDA put it's nose where it doesn't belong. Sorry for the not perfect review. You guys are still awesome! If you got more "clear" liquids I'd be there more. These red dyed bottles are usually signs that the quality isn't as good and they ALL seem to have that strange flavor like you'd get at a gas station. Gets the job done though.

I would NEVER recommend this place. I purchased a Smok Stick Prince starter kit from them. I had never caped before and was not familiar with any of the products so they made recommendations. After only 2 months the Stick Prince stopped charging. I called and ask if they would exchange and was told they did not take returns after 7 days. I ask why they did not stand behind what they sell and was told by the girl that answered the phone that I was being ridiculous and then she hung up the phone on me. Call me old school but I think that if you sell a product you should stand by that product especially if it has not been more than 2 months and they need to teach their employees some manners. To hang up on a customer is very bad business!! Also they are much more expensive on their juices than other Vape shops in the area. BAD BUSINESS PRACTICES and RUDE EMPLOYEES!! As well as very hard to get into and out of the store. If you are looking for a vape shop that will be in business this time next year I would go to one of the many other vape shops in the Olive Branch area. Don’t waste your time on these rude people!!

Sadly for the second time in a row, I tried to pick up a vape here while picking up food next door. Just to find a note on the door saying "be back 10 mins" needless to say they weren't back in 10 minutes either time.
