I've been going to VaporWize in Cordova for many months but every time I left I always felt disappointed. It's almost as if they didn't care if I was there or not. I was in Germantown and decided to try the location on Hacks Cross Rd and I'm so glad I did! The store was clean, brightly lit, and well stocked. I was promptly greeted upon entering even though the worker was busy helping someone else. As soon as the other people left the worker apologized about my wait and asked how he could help me. Chris (the guy with green hair) was amazing! I've had so many questions that I couldn't get answered at the other location and asked him all of them. He took his time helping me and explained everything until I understood and knew what I actually wanted. He knows the science behind all the different Delta products and explained the differences in all of them. We then spoke about the different vapes. I figured out I was missing what he called the mouth to lung hit of salt nic so I trusted him and bought a new device and juice. I can say for the first time I'm actually happy with my device and the hit I'm getting. I was in the store for close to 45 minutes and didn't once feel rushed or like I was being a burden. I don't typically do reviews but my experience was so great I had to share. From now on I'll be making the 30 minute drive (instead of 5) just to go to the Hacks Cross Rd store. Keep up the good work and thank you!! It's hard to find good people these days!

The best store for your tobacco needs in the Memphis area. If you’re lucky enough to go when Chris is there then you should have everything taken care for you. 10/10 customer service.
