Not a bad place prices seem pretty fair, I prefer to deal with the guy that’s a ginger (no offense I just dk his name sure he told me but I’m horrible at remembering names) anyways I think he has the best attitude and service of all, always willing to make sure you leave satisfied that’s a major plus honestly

Check your receipts!!! The new owner of the Upper Darby location is charging 8%, 9% and 10% sales tax in PA!! The owner is from New York and had been told numerous times Pennsylvania State Sales Tax is 6%. The owner puposely does not give paper receipts (in the hopes that it will go unnoticed) instead, he sends them via text. When this information was brought to his attention, he tried "back peddling" by saying that there was a 2% debit fee. Nowhere on the receipt does it say anything about a debit charge! What he is doing is completely illegal! You can make a complaint with the better business bureau or with the state. Please check your receipts. It's a slap in the face to the Pennsylvania residents who shop at Sam's Vegas Vapes. You should be ashamed Sam Gomez!

I never had an issue with this place until now hence why I gave it two stars. I bought a vape at the beginning of the weekend, but didn't open it until last night. (I had it as a back up) When I opened it last night, it was automatically dead and after charging it, I was hitting it it sounded like liquid bubbling on the inside, and no vapor would come out. I went back today to hopefully get it switched out (as any other vape store I have went to, would do), I showed the owner and the problem was happening right infront of him. Instead of just swapping it out (FYI he knows me because I come in frequently) he made me pay $12 to just replace it. 👎🏼

My experience here was fantastic. Bryan helped me pick out a new system after mine had unfortunately died. Very knowledgeable and friendly staff, and I’ll certainly be making more trips here in the future!

Knowledgeable staff helped to make this a pleasant purchase experience. The gentleman who helped my wife and myself was making recommendations that didn't feel like he was pushing a product to meet a sales goal but more trying to find what works best for us .
