I use to love this place but haven’t been coming here due to the high prices. I recently went in to get my drinks and was told they are on sale she even looked it up and told me 5.99 each, pre tax okay now I want to purchase more. I couldn’t figure out why my total was close to $180 so I ask her again how much are these really now? She replied oh they are 7 something pretax so she basically lied to me as I watched her look it up both times! If this is how you make sales this isn’t a place I will be shopping as even on sale with my 20% off I still paid 175 THATS CRAZY But most importantly be honest with your customers this chick was anything but as she knew what she was doing. I even asked her “ how” when she stated how much I had saved and she couldn’t even answer the question. Go elsewhere ******Look how you replied to my review without taking into consideration that she deliberately told me they were 5.99 knowing they weren’t but instead you point out out how I wasn’t exact on my amounts correcting me when for what I got that’s still way over priced you guys are nothing like you use to be.****

I had a great experience with a budtender who was super cool, straight forward and extremely knowledgeable about the products. She made my decision very easy and I left with more that I intended to purchase, but it was worth it. I love how organized and professional the space is there. It’s my go to spot even though I have to drive a few towns over to get there. That is how good it is.

Everybody in this place is absolutely so friendly and helpful. I can honestly say every time I leave here satisfied from quality of professionalism and the Care I get from the bud tenders. They actually know their products and can tell you what to expect or anything like that. And if they don't know the answer to anything, somebody will be right there to help out and answer any questions. For the older generation! This is always my number one go-to place!

Always excellent, they have very interesting products. Mary’s medicinal is a CBD patch that helps my mother‘s neuropathy better than her prescription CBD because it actually works. They offer a veterans and senior discounts as well. This place is great.

Velvet in Martinez is our go-to place for gummies and drinks! It's always bustling, but somehow there's never any waiting. The staff is super knowledgeable and consistently points us to some great deals. Love this spot!

I have been a customer of velvet since they opened. I love their creams and potions not to mention their delicious chocolate blueberries. But that gets off-topic. There was a small discrepancy on the bill this evening and Alisa went out of her way to resolve it. I love this store. High quality products and service is spot on.

Super disappointed. Try to place an online order like normal, it didn’t work. Took a screenshot to claim the discount offered. Show up to pick up the order an hour later, not only are they out of the product I was attempting to order, also did not honor the 15% discount that I clearly had a picture of. I’ve been a customer since the month you guys opened. 2024 has clearly been different around velvet. It’s sad to see.

Top-notch dispensary in the area! Always maintain a wide variety of products. The staff is unbelievably awesome! That is, once you get inside...first you have to deal with the security guards, most are awesome guys, but there are a couple of the security guards whom are ridiculously power driven in their approach to the job ruining the experience each time, which led me to explore the other dispensaries in the area. Suggestion: ownership should seriously consider replacing the one sore spot in their operation.
