Sometimes the wait can be long but the staff is always apologetic and quick as possible!

Vert's is our favorite shopping experience by far! We really enjoy the orderly system they use to service guests. Being called back to have one-on-one sales with a tender is much nicer than being crowded in a single room with every other customer. You get time to ask questions and get answers without feeling pressured. The front desk staff is always very friendly and welcoming - special shout out to Abby!

The place isn't bad. The drive through is one of the slowest that I've used. I purchased some bud,supposed to be bud, but when I got home I found that I had just paid eleven dollars a gram for all shake. Not a single piece larger than my pinky nail. I expected better for the price.

The genuine enthusiasm the Bud tenders have towards making sure im understood every time i come through the door. Combined with the expertise to follow through with the appropriate product . Is a breath of fresh air. The best bud tenders in the Kansas City metro area hands down. PERIOD! Having moved back to the Kansas City area from the West Coast several years back. The personalized/educated bud tenders I was a custom to dealing with are sorely missing in the Kansas City Missouri dispensary scene. IMO. I understand it was due largely to prepackaged products that didn't allow for a nuanced approach to selection. That being said, Even with the evermore available presence of deli style offerings. Verts has proven itself to me time and time again to be at the top of the budtender game when it comes to serious conversations about to subtleties of individual products in regards to everybody's personal medical and recreational needs. The prices are well worth the personalized service you receive from their bartenders. For example, I could buy a half ounce of some pre-packaged buds for $70 before tax and hope it's decent and doesn't turn to dust as soon as I touch one of the buds. Or I could go to Vert's and know for a fact what I'm getting is suited best for my needs and will be twice as effective for the same amount of product for only about 20 dollars more on average for the same half ounce. Quality over quantity is in my opinion the number one rule when it comes to purchasing marijuana in the state of Missouri. So in conclusion I highly recommend Verts for the serious cannabis consumer.

First time I've ever been to a place like this so I had no idea what to expect. It was a little odd the way you go in and make your purchase, but I can understand. The guy that helped me out was so awesome! He knew so much, and I know so little so I was glad for that. He answered all my questions, whether they were dumb or not LOL. And I think I got what I wanted.

I love this place. People are great. Rocky the manager is absolutely fantastic and funny! I only gave 5 instead of 6 stars because I always run dry due of a series of small fires and I have to keep coming back.
