Not very good. Last Saturday, I bought a starter kit for a unit I really wanted and surprised to see that the store carried. The unit began leaking shortly after using. So on Tuesday, I returned the unit and it was exchanged. Worked with a very nice guy at the shop that provided a great tutorial on the product. Got the second unit home and it worked well for a bit, but next day, same thing, it started to leak like the first one. Thought, I'll give a day or so and see what happens. By today (Saturday, 4 days later), it was still leaking pretty consistently. I returned the device and was hoping for a refund. Got a store credit. NOT A GOOD THING FOR A PRODUCT THAT HAS FAILED TWICE. Good people, decent selection, pathetic policies in this day and age. Just be warned, if you buy anything there, your money is gone even if the product fails. Further, I get that this retailer sells some sophisticated devices that can suffer from "user error". However, in both encounters, it was first assumed that I, the customer, had done something wrong, and that there was no chance the unit itself could have been an issue (despite numerous reports of this issue and "fixes" on-line I found after experiencing leaking with the first unit). I was also a tad bit surprised to learn on Tuesday that my first leaking unit would be "sterilized" and return to the display case. Yes, you got it right, instead of being returned to the manufacturer as defective, it was "sterilized" and resold as "new". Victor Vaporz has a couple of location and I've been both to the one in the mall in Westminister. This recent set of events occurred at the non-mall location (Google only finds the mall location.) I live about 30 minutes away in a community with no vape store. I frequently use the internet (prices a bit better and it is delivered right to my door), but I've been a consistent client here when internet suppliers have "failed". Decent place and was really warming to them with this purchase, but this has left a very, very bad taste in my mouth. For anyone newer to vaping, a leak is a serious issue. E-liquids contain nicotine and other chemicals. The leak has caused skin issues on my hands due to exposure and liquid has been transferred to my eye causing pain and redness. My touchscreen devices, steering wheel, desk, despite numerous cleaning, all seem to retain a bit or residue from the leaked liquid. I've used similar units in the past (not the same brand or specific device) with absolutely no such leaking issues. A "store credit" for a device that has failed twice is not acceptable.

Wen't to this place after going to another establishment that I had a pushy experience at. The guy listened and got me set-up within my budget, didn't try to sell-up at all. Great experience, great juice selection, helpful and cool staff. Go here before you go anywhere else.

I come from owings mills to the store because they are the only ones I trust to not continually screw me. I don't want ppl to exploit how they helped me out but they were extremely accommodating!

Bad. And after being sold a battery , which in order to charge, you have to download suspect software or it won't charge (which in turn gave my computer a virus, along with unknown damage to 2 other PC's). I requested multiple times while there that I only wanted a simple plug and charge. Trying to return/exchange it has been a nightmare too. Other complaint is the excessive upselling, especially after explaining that you are not interested

I deal with both Westminster and Hanover locations, both are great. Competitive prices, knowledgeable staff, friendly and helpful. Good selection of products. I would like to see a website with products and customer reviews on those products.
