Nicole was the associate that "helped" us. We came in knowing what products were on sale. She knew if we rang up everything, that the only cheaper products would be half off instead of our larger items, protein powders. I knew something was off when she scanned the protein powders separately. She upsold us with a 20% coupon if we spent $100, it sounded like a deal but actually wasn't. Even with the coupon we spent $8 more as suppose to buying the products separately from the cheaper ones. She knew this and gave us last minute a preworkout we didn't want, we were buying one already. When we called to confront her, she used that free preworkout as an excuse that we got a deal anyways. Its not my first rodeo, I've been a customer for the brand for 5 years. Disappointed. I'll be buying online from now on.

Bad service.

-This place is a jokes. Get it together. Hired employee that know the products and know how to sell. I hope the owner see this because you are burning money down the drain. They have this older Asian women working here maybe a family member? Anyway, this review is not to be mean. But seriousely, the women does not know how to use the POS system. I just wanted to grab the 2 for $3 energy drinks. She was struggling with the system so bad that I told her it was fine, I just want one. She keep asking for the membership. I sign up infront of her and she told me I sign up at another store. This place need to get it together, hired the right people. Also, I feel bad for the customer that was behind me. He wanted the nervy drinks also. He wanted to grab the same deal that I was getting. However because the lady that was working took so long and so was so incompetent that the guy behind me got mad and left. He did mention that he will come back, but I highly doubt that he would . He probably got the coffee from Artly.
