Very nice store and wonderful personnel. I stopped by there today and bought two cartridges, no problem whatsoever. Unfortunately as I get home I notice a couple of things: 1) One of the cartridges has a significantly bigger air bubble, which means it holds less product. 2) Both cartridges have leaked quite a bit, to the point of spillage outside the bottom stopper, getting the middle of the cartridges and the inside of the boxes they came in sticky. 3) Both cartridges had the bottom stoppers on wrong. I tried calling the store but they were unavailable and the message bin was full. Here's to hoping they either pick up the phone or reach out to me here. Overall it's a good place, but do inspect your product closely before you buy because it appears they do not always do so themselves. Staff was wonderful, though.

1. Shop never has glass ware you need just Chinese versions. 2. Shop hours online are not accurate. Drove all the way to the store to find out it doesn’t open for another hour. 3. Prices are better elsewhere. Will not be returning store has gone downhill massively over the past years.
