I literally have no vape education at all but I HAVE to switch to nicotine free vape for medical reasons. I called several places but it wasn’t until Steve at VK answered my call that I finally was able to understand more about what I needed and what I was looking for and ultimately how to use them! He took the time to help me even though he didn’t think he had what I was looking for at the time. He even called me back and told me that he had done some more research and found a product that sounded satisfactory to me and made this experience of switching over from smoking for the last 30 years, not so difficult and not so scary. he even said they could order them for me! I am so grateful to him for taking the time to help me so I will forever be a VK customer!

I myself have been vaping for 8 yrears now. I came across several other Shops before I found this one. These people here are down to earth and will go out of their way to help you and show you how the vape works. They explain it all ! They are family owned and operated, they have the best prices they can give you. They have bills to pay just like you. But this is a Business and to stay afloat as they have now for 10 years, that says a lot about this Vape Store. So if you have had a bad day, come here and they will enlighten you. Therefore I would like to stress, that if anyone should leave a bad review, please before you do, talk with these men, they will work it out with you. They have my business for Life ! :-)

I recently quit smoking cigarettes and started vaping. I had no idea what I was doing when it comes to these vapes and everything that goes along with them. The guy that works here(always wears a hat and he has a beard), I forget his name.. He’s extremely helpful and doesn’t try to rip me off like my past experiences with these places. He’s very knowledgeable and helps me with everything! And he has patience, and he breaks everything down for me to where I can understand it. I really don’t mind spending my money here and I will come every single time. Much appreciated!!

Most prices and selections are the same as most shop, but man do these guys have some good customer service. They'll take all the time you need to help you through stuff or just talk about accessories. I'll go out of my way to come back for sure.
