Dani was amazing at helping me with a new set up today! The store was clean and she was super patient! She advised me of sales but wasn’t pushy like other vape shops. I will definitely keep coming back!

I went to Avail not to long ago was helped out by Dani she was wonderful and helped me understand the differences between different CBD items and different vapes, she helped me fine the right CBD oil which is a yummy apple flavor and she help me pick out a vape juice that taste like starburst, on top of that she helped me become a member and talked about the tobacco product they had with my husband and gave him a sample. Her manager there was also friendly and inviting. I will deff. Be coming back to this store again great customer service!!!

Stopped by the store this morning (7/3/2023) and although the website and the store clearly posted the hours of operation indicating they open at 10 am, they were not open, nor there was any sign of life inside…lights off; however, i notice the open sign was on!!! I tried calling the number listed several time, and my call went to voice mail every time. I finally decided to leave at 10:16 am. Please check the hours of operation before you stop by to ensure they are indeed open.

I went into this location over the weekend. This was the first time I had ever tried vaping. The female manager, Vida, was extremely welcoming and friendly. She explained about the flavors, and showed me how to test them. I was extremely pleased with her knowledge, friendliness, and professionalism, and will be returning to see her for future purchases. I will definitely be sure to return and tell other people about Avail, specifically this location.
