I feel terrible for all the staff especially the pharmacy. Absolutely understaffed and overworked and they are treated by people with no respect while just trying to do their job. Please see that you meet the needs of the store and community.

I use the pharmacy at this location and it’s always a positive experience. The pharmacy staff is overwhelmed during the week, however their customer service and demeanour is always understanding. Professional, friendly, and patient. The cashiers are doing their best as well considering rude/abusive customers that stroll through sometimes. Be prepared to wait and have patience. This location will do their best to help you.

I will forever be loyal to Walgreens. I had an issue with my curbside pick up because my coupons didn't apply in the app. I had to call customer service and they were so kind and helpful, got it resolved super fast.
I told the gentleman who handed me my order, and although he couldn't do anything about it right then and there, he told me if customer service line didn't fix the issue, that I could come back in store so they can make it right. The customer service here is unmatched in my opinion (particularly this location since it's the one I often go to). But my experience has always been a positive one whenever I shopped :)

I normally wouldn't write a review for a Walgreens but the customer service I experienced truly went above and beyond.
I stopped in to load cash onto my debit card. The Cashier had a great smile and positive attitude - unfortunately I didn't get her name. But halfway home I realized I left my debit card in the terminal. 🤦♀️
I drove back, the Cashier recognized me and let me know the manager, Nicole, had my debit card. Once she'd verified my identity, I got my debit card right away and put it in my pocket.
I decided to pick up a cool drink and some snacks, went to the Cashier and we chatted while she rang up my snacks and I played with some of the toys at the register.
I went to pay and realized my debit card wasn't in my wallet or my pocket. I didn't remember taking it out of my pocket. Figuring it must've fallen out of either my pocket or my wallet, I checked in my purse, I retraced my steps.
Nicole joined in the search and must have retraced my steps three times. We even checked in the Mini-Melts freezer.
She closed off the register so I could safely and privarly search my purse.
Finally, I admitted defeat - I transfered funds to another card and Nicole took my name and number in case my card turned up.
As she helped complete the transaction we were taking about all the places we had searched. I said: "I know because I came up here, I'm almost positive I took it out of my pocket to pay with..." And then I looked to the left...to the toys I had been playing with.
And I knew.
I 100% absolutely without a hint of doubt in my mind KNEW where my debit card was.
I picked up the toy on top and sure enough, underneath it was my debit card.
This was definitely a blonde moment in my top 5 blonde moments of my life.
I was embarrassed but beyond grateful for their great attitudes and patience during this whole ordeal. Most employees would not have gone that far and I know because I'd spent the morning dealing with such employees at other places.
This encounter, the last one of my morning left me smiling after so many others left me frustrated or angry. After a long morning of hearing "Sorry we can't help you" to getting two employees who gave it their all to make a customer happy.
You did. You made me very happy.
Thank you very much and if you got a laugh out if it, it's okay - so did me and my roommate! 🤣

This particular Walgreens pharmacy is the worst that I’ve used in my 30 years of filling prescriptions, at many PNW Walgreens and non Walgreens alike. They take an average of 3 DAYS to fill a medication, sometimes more, and act like they’re doing you a favor on day 4. No apologies, no explanation. The refill request goes like this: You submit a refill request through their automated system with ample time for refill. The automated system tells you it’ll be ready by 11am the next morning. The next morning you get a text that says your refill request is delayed due an “insurance issue”. After that you get another text saying it’s delayed because of “needing pharmacist review.” So then you’re forced to call, like I have every SINGLE refill request, and sit on hold to find out when your medication will be ready. Someone will answer and place you on hold again, then come back on to verbally tell you they’re “still working on it.” Then when it’s FINALLY ready you drive through to pick it up and suddenly you’re told there’s another “issue.” It’s infuriating. I’m sure the problem isn’t the workers but the workers being short staffed and underpaid by the corporation. This does little to help the patient, though. I’ll be switching back to my old Walgreens because I just can’t with this one anymore.
