The SLOWEST DRive thru in Fairfax County . If someone has more than one or two Rx and has to wait for them, please don’t sit at the window, in your car and wait for them . Go inside . Pharmacy staff needs to tell people to come in ! Moving to CVS or Giant .

Had a frustrating experience with this pharmacy when they rather assertively refused to even look to see if they had my medication in stock (this was the 14th pharmacy I have tried) because it was a controlled substance (Adderall). Not a single other pharmacy in the area needed my prescription or any info to check (including 7 other Walgreens locations in the area) and ironically two more Walgreens assisted me when I got off the call with this one. I understand there are special requirements for controlled substances such as this one- but the reasoning given at the start was because they didn’t want to tell me they had it and have me angry if I got there and they didn’t (so assuming I cannot read my own prescription?) They said they would help me to check to see if they had it if I would come in with my prescription (it seems small-but what if I had to do this with the other 14 pharmacies I called… and without my medication lol!) Later the reason given was fear of theft/the employees safety which while I understand to some extent, it felt pretty stigmatizing and unnecessary to say…especially when we are in the middle of a period where medication shortages happen often. I’m sure they are fine for regular prescriptions, but if you’re looking for a prescription that has a shortage or often is out I would not recommend this Walgreens in particular.

This morning I went to the store and they have very terrible staff. They put on promotions and they don't want to sell this morning, they told me that I can only buy a certain amount of products when until the promotions they say if you buy so many you save so much and they only told me that I can buy 4 of each thing, which is the rule of the store, no. I see the rule when they have a coupon that is requiring me to buy 5. The working staff, including the managers, Mr. Henry, the way they treat customers, are too stupid.

Ordered 24x36 poster photo online. Employee were making excuses that she need to count money and change printer paper that takes a lot of work. I needed poster the same day for wedding they keep saying to pick it up tomorrow morning. Worst customer service I have experienced at the store. never going back again

They are so careless. When I tried to do drive through pickup on my item, they told me to give them the card in 1 minute because they have to go to lunch. When I got the card and item back I got someone else’s item. I told them my number and address, but they still gave me different person’s item because they were in hurry to go to lunch giving me whatever that was in their hands.When I went into the store to tell them I got wrong item, they said they can’t help me because pharmacists went to lunch. No apology and their attitude was rude.
