Waterbeds ‘n’ Stuff

The manager Samantha is very rude and needs to be replaced. She is very careless of customers who purchase from that location. I purchased a item and the energy was so bad that I switched out the item at another location and that location said they have heard bad things about Morse road store. The manager Samantha needs to be replaced immediately.

They don't even deserve a one star. They suck their mean they're rude. They're not helpful. I suggest everybody go to Polaris because it's a better friendly service. This place is horrible they lie to you telling you you can get a discount or you don't. Then when you have to bring something back you can't return it. Only store credit. I've been dealing with waterbeds over 20 years. Never again. I will never go back there again ever

Music way way too loud and they need to keep the politics out of their products. Both sales persons were rude and unwelcoming to another customer. Never experienced such a off putting vibe from any of these locations.

I always find what I'm looking for. Friendly service and people. And when you get a bit, they throw you deals and work with you on pricing. It's definitely a great shopping experience. Sincerely - The Leprechaun.
