Couldn’t be happier with my experience and the products photographed! I was greeted by Josh who was knowledgeable on all products and genuinely cares to get the right medicine to the right people! The pen works fantastic and the Carmels are heavenly without even the slightest taste of flower 10/10 recommend!

Amazing place, very clean and welcoming. Came in for the oxygen bar, left with THC vapes, pre rolls and gummies. Loved the atmosphere and service, lots of education. Nurse Ivonne was wonderful she gave me lots of education and spent time not being pushy at all. Definitely coming back for some art as well. The delta 8 pre rolls are solid and the delta 8 gummies gave me a really good. They mentioned they grand open at the first of September but this place is a gem to lago. Really chill local spot to check out while waiting for my nail appointment

Love this little store, found it getting coffee while showing a property. Very clean and nice staff, Taryn helped me get what I needed and explained the different THCs. Got really good gummies for sleep and pain, and the best THCA flower I’ve had in a while. Used to the California stuff and was impressed this place had stronger and better priced edibles. Will definitely be back

When I first discovered this place I loved the convenience and friendly staff. However, the last time I went in to let them know I was having issues with a vape not working. Instead of replacing it like any other vape shop would do (and Waterloo had done for me in the past) they said that it was my fault, I burned the coil, and too bad. It was $50 and half was unusable. I put my items back in the shelf and let her know I wouldn’t be back. I’m pretty sure she’s the owner. Anyway, I went across the street to MediLeaf. They gave me a free gram of flower as a welcome sample, then had me test the vape I was getting to make sure it worked properly before leaving the store. I don’t know what changed with the customer service policies at Waterloo, but I can tell you I won’t be back!
