My initial visit was pleasant and I was sold a product under the impression that it was high-quality. After I open the package and realized it was of low-quality I went back to the store the next day to attempt to get a refund or exchange. The owner was 20 minutes late and acted like it was No big deal. After expressing my concerns the owner stated that I tampered with the product and that is not how he sold it to me. I made the owner open up an identical package and showed him how bad the quality was and instead of apologizing for his accusations he stated that’s how it comes. I understand if items are final sale but the owner was very rude and could have simply apologized for being very misleading about the product. The fact that he didn’t even know what was in the package or that he accused me of tampering is not how business should run. There are many other smoke shops in the area I recommend supporting any other location besides this one ! Terrible Customer Service or human interaction at this point with no sense of trying to make it right!
