DO NOT PURCHASE FROM HERE Sold me a broken pen they claimed I couldn’t open to double check(even though the policy in store says I can check it) but could exchange if there was an issue. Come back less than ten minutes later because it’s missing a key piece to make the entire thing run, and I get told I have to contact the maker. “But I was told I could exchange it” proceeds to get increasingly hostile and mean and saying the sign says I cant return it. But I’m not trying to return or get a refund, I just wanted to get a working pen. He then proceeded to stop talking to me when asked for the owners phone number and said he’s not available. Asked the store next door about it, turns out HE IS THE OWNER. Don’t get scammed by this place trying to make a quick buck
