i’ve gone here quite a few times and i’ve always had really good service, but my thing is being closed during “open hours” with no explanation. this is probably the 4th time i’ve gone by here and it’s just closed and locked, during working hours, no updates on the facebook page or anything (nothing since 2017 yikes lol). not really good for business to not be open when you are supposed to be open- and if you leave a note at the very least, people will understand. it just creates a confusing dynamic of “well i’ll head to the smoke shop and HOPE it’s open”, and that alone is going to have people not wanting to chance wasting their time. i know this place has been seeing far more than their fair share of BS especially with people robbing them on multiple occasions, idk if this has caused staffing shortages (completely understandable) or what is happening. just know the community does want to patronize you, we just need consistency in operating hours! 🫶🏻

Friend went in looking for a vape pen, didn't know much about them. Clerk was informative, friendly, and answered all of our questions. Everything we wanted was in stock. Prices seem decent. Would def go back.

Had a great experience with Chris. He was extremely helpful, super compassionate, understanding and made the experience so chill. I had been having a hard day and he made it better. Thank you Chris! You rock!❤️

I only gave it 1 star so I could review. I WISH I would have had a good first experience, but unfortunately due to Drama that the employee brought into the store I was locked outside for a half hour so he could argue with someone. Then once he got the ridiculous customer out...still refused service. Leave your drama outside of the workplace.
