Good please if you need something fast to drink or just smoke good customer service always respectful

Old man with glasses on Feb 26, 2024 sold me an elf bar and didn’t say anything about opening the elf bar in the store and trying it, I had opened it at home and the vape turns on and the “light” keeps ON and burning. Went back, showed how it’s capable of puffing but the light stays on and kept burning whatever is inside the elf bar. Old man with glasses is VERY RUDE didn’t offer any assistance walked away as I was talking about the vape and said can’t return once leaving store when he didn’t even say to try inside when newly bought, he thought I’d know the rules I was a new customer haven’t been to this store before, he sold a NON WORKING VAPE. Point being it didn’t work, I got the point of no return at least expected some tip on vape be fixed or buy a new one but the customer service is trash and chose not to buy another one because of the miserable old fool as cashier. EXPECT FAILING VAPES FROM THIS STORE IF YOU BUY FROM HERE!

I really like this score. I live way up in Marana but I make sure and drive down to the West side smoke shop. Yes, it's a little further and there are smoke shops closer to me but I always encounter exceptional service and the inventory is always full. Ari is super nice and has a lot of knowledge of the products. She is great and I wanted to give her a special shout-out!

I bought a lost marry vape, opened it in store and it worked, it died a couple hours later and wont charge. Don’t waste your time or your money buying here. He is rude and a scammer.

I can not freaking believe this place they sold me 2 fake dab rigs in a row. do not buy the nectar collectors here they are fake and will melt YES LITERALLY MELT. They are made with regular glass not tempered glass which is not good for heat. I WENT BACK TO GET A REFUND AND THE RUDE OLD MAN WITH GLASSES WAS SO RUDE HE SAID AND I QUOTE "I DON'T KNOW WHAT YOU WERE DOING TO IT BUT I DONT REALLY CARE WHAT HAPPENS AFTER YOU LEAVE THE STORE" UM EXCUSE ME YOU SELL FAKE DAB RIGS ARE YOU KIDDING ME RIGHT NOW. I'LL BE SENDING MY HUSBAND BACK TO GET MY REFUND REAL SOON I GUARANTEE YOU WONT TALK TO HIM THE WAY YOU SPOKE TO ME.
