This place is fantastic. I had such an awesome experience here, seriously some of the best customer service ever. The store owner and the employees were all so kind, helpful and patient. I felt like a pain in the butt because I had to come back twice to make an exchange, but they were welcoming and courteous. They genuinely want every customer to be happy with their purchase. Highly recommend checking out the shop!

Love this smoke shop! Pat was so helpful, sociable, and funny. He knows the products and realys his knowledge in a very articulate manner. I would definitely smoke with him! I'll be back very soon for a sexy water pipe.

Very disappointed. I bought 2 $20 Macanudos from their walk-in humidor. They were devoid of any moisture, completely dry, and crumbled in my hands. I went back to the shop and brought this to the cashier's attention. Got a "sorry, there's nothing we can do". I won't be bringing my business back...
