5-star service! Mina quickly helped me select a few cigars that my friends would enjoy, and answered all of my questions alongside Chandler at the register. These ladies deserve two promotions and a raise. They could be trainers for your company. I’ll definitely bring my fraternity brothers back to shop at the Berkley location.

Customer service is seemingly dying these days; but I stopped into this store the other day, and came across an employee named chandler. She was wild, charismatic, and funny as hell. Truly made my experience rememberable. Will definitely be dropping back just to say hi!

I always go to Wild Bill's in Berkley and consistently have an outstanding experience, thanks to Merna. From the moment I walk in, she greets me with a warm smile and makes me feel welcome.
