Great selection and great customer service!!

Wicked shop with a variety of options, helpful employees, and some really cool(and flavorful) stuff. Tyler was amazing and helped me with everything I needed and then some, but everyone in shop was honestly amazing! Super personable and beyond amazing employees. Will absolutely be back, and will have to make this one my go-to for all of my smoke shop needs.

I have been a wild bills shopper for years now maybe time to find a new vape shop, workers are uneducated or just too stoned to get things right. I brought in my pod in which I needed gave it to the employee he brought out a box I questioned said this doesn’t look like my normal box he said “it’s right it’s our last one” said ok and trusted the professional! Then got home to put said pod on my charging device to find out it’s for a different brand mod. I get back into my car and return to the store because it’s close to closing time and request a swap for the right pods because they did in fact have them, was told can’t do that it’s been open, so I ask for a discount on the product that the pod they sold me will fit since it’s their fault and said he couldn’t do that; I know for a fact employees get a discount so either make it right to the customer yourself. Yes I understand it said no refunds or exchanges but I gave the employee the exact pod I needed and questioned the wrong one but some how it’s still on me?

Overall good selection not as good as other Wild Bill locations. Friendly service and store was very neat!

Lately, it is rare to encounter anyone in hospitality or retail who seems to be sincere in their desire to provide excellent service. However, at Wild Bill’s of Canton, I have been very impressed by the thoughtfulness shown to me by Tyler. This has become my favorite location because of the kindness of the staff. Tyler is an exemplary employee who makes all guests feel welcome. As a cigar enthusiast, the experience of selecting a stick and feeling happy when I leave a given establishment is important to me. While this location does not have the largest selection, they are always stocked with cigars for those with a discerning palate. The combination of the delectable products and Tyler’s friendly service make Wild Bill’s of Canton vastly superior to the location in Westland.
