Love the store, super friendly staff, and a very clean environment. Dina helped me find what I was looking for right away and was incredibly helpful 10/10

For months 100 ml vape prices were 14.99 now they jump to 17.99. Greed strikes again. Gotta pump those prices right before memorial day. All the old timers you employ barely have any clue about the vape products and everything is Smok and Geek vape related pretty much. Never have any quality coils. Only reason I was bringing in some business was a decent brick and mortar price on juice.

This store on Garfield is horrible. Always out of cartons. Never has either of my 2 fav Brands of cigs and always has little 18 yr old flighty goth girls that don't smoke working, just being kind of condescending Their other store at groesbeck is great though

This was my third time visiting this location. I did have another one that was .7 miles closer to my home; but I went out of the way because of how I was treated previously. Two of those times the manager Gary has assisted me. Each visit has been pleasant! The staff is friendly and educational. Gary went out of his way to help with my many questions. I think the extra kindness they show is worth going literally the extra mile for well almost mile. I will be returning there for all my smoking needs. They have a cigar or tobacco section in the back. And a lot of stuff was on sale even thought the prices were already good. On the side, I just want to say thank you Gary making my day better!

Favorite location!!! I come in about 1x a week and every staff I have dealt with is on top of their knowledge and always welcoming. Steve has helped me plenty of times, it's always a pleasure to see him when I walk in. A great employee!!!! 👍
