I called this particular store and asked if they had an item in stock and they said yes and when I asked them how much it was, they said they couldn’t disclose prices as it was against store policy. (She was nice about it) Unfortunately, that is unacceptable to me as a customer as I wanna know how much the price of something is before I drive down there to pick it up. Seems strange, I know. Anyway, I moved onto the next shop.

Staff is always super friendly and incredibly informative, happy to educate their customers and answer all questions they have. I've had repeated experiences that went way above expectations. Great selection, also!

I have been going to wildside for my vape/ glass needs since a little after they opened in Firestone. Have always had a pleasant experience, but today I had a noteworthy customer service experience abs wanted to give a little praise where it is due. I am not sure but I believe she was the manager or maybe assistant manager but her name was hunter and she was excellent from start to finish. Very helpful recommendations, knew the product inside and out and was more than courteous and professional and patient all the way through. Hunter thank you for restoring my faith in the belief that great customer service does still exist and thank you wild side for the amazing products!!!! If the owner is reading this give that girl a raise!!

Such a cool place to shop! It’s really a full experience with vapes you can test and such a huge selection! And not only vapes but other awesome merchandise. The candles they carry remove all unwanted smells from your house (including smoke) and make your house smell so fresh. The staff is so knowledgeable and the owner is awesome and down to earth. I highly suggest checking it out and supporting a locally owned new business. 5+ stars!

The entire crew here is always amazing. I rarely ever get to work Daniel but everytime I do he makes my night. He's a really knowledgeable guy, is able to answer all my questions, show new cool stuff, & just to throw the cherry on top, he's super personable.
