My favorite tobacco store. Has some of the best products on the market. I've built a great relationship with the owners. Very good men.

Based on comments and my experience with my last 2 purchases, I'm starting to believe they sell fake vapes and cigarettes as well. 2 straight purchases that are full and just stop working. So full I can taste the flavor but no vapor/smoke is released. The last time the guy said very rudely that you can't use a fast charger. Well I haven't plugged this in yet and by the time I got home it doesn't work. What led me to believe they sell fake items is they have Newport soft pack only for $7. Somethings fishy here. Beware. Both are brand new and one still has the stickers on it Update, went back today to test my theory. Their cigarettes aren't stamped. They're definitely selling fake everything.

I had the pleasure of visiting Wilkinson Tobacco and Vape Store over the weekend, and you would not believe how many vape products and accessories this store carries. It was well-kept and easy to browse through the store. This is when one of the staff, I assume they are known as vape technicians helped me sort out exactly what kind of e-liquid and device was going to suit me best. I also liked their fair prices and the friendly nature of the store. I had a great time overall and definitely recommend this Vape Store to any vapers.

Terrible customer service. Called ahead of time, even talked to them TWICE. When I arrived at the store (at 8:54pm) the man standing at the front door was closing the gate behind the door. He wouldn’t even acknowledge me until suddenly he says, “closed.” I’m like- are you serious? It’s only 8:54.” He ignores me, sends the other man inside the store to do something, he comes back out and they continue locking the store up. Not only did they turn me away, another woman who’d just showed up was also ignored and after seeing my interaction decided to leave. Never in my life have I been treated so terribly by any business. Locking and closing the store before the closing time, then basically ignoring the people that are there to buy something. This store is trash, whoever the man that was working needs to be fired. He was very rude and even thought it was funny that we were baffled. Might I mention I have shopped here before, and this is the first time I’ve ever dealt with this particular individual. The owner is very sweet, but I couldn’t just let this go considering we had to Uber from home to get here and I let them know ahead of time that I would be there a few minutes before closing. Absolutely ridiculous, do better.

Literally just went in this store Friday to purchase a Fried brand vape and here it is Tuesday and it is no longer pulling - it’s charged - and I’m petty familiar with how these things work- and I was advised that there were no refunds or exchanges on a $55 vape… if this were $20 I wouldn’t even bother … but $55 really and for you to tell me there’s really no point on wasting time on the phone because there are no refunds or exchanges .. the. Proceed to tell me that the manager will not be there until Friday so I have to wait a week for a manager ? Just for him to tell me it’s too late ? I mean I’m in business and this encounter was just not it. I will dispute my little $55 and you will not get my business anymore. Thanks
