This store is amazing. They are my go to. They have the best prices hands down in the Chicago land area… no lies. Plus they have the strongest rewards program I’ve have ever seen. If you join the rewards clubs, 15 a month… get double points and so many free or highly discounted items each week. On 420, got a free g of cookies badder and others… plus s super cheap oz. Check this place out seriously!

One of my favorite finds when I moved to the North Shore. Everyone that works here is friendly, funny and super knowledgeable. They give you honest opinions and will recommend the best treats ;) Tani is my fav to see when I come in! Thanks for bringing a great staff to our local dispensary!

No Handycap parking. If you have a .medical condition the City of Highwood does not care. The business doesn't have a parking lot in back for customers either so don't bother looking. Bare bones operation, you might have to wait a couple of minutes for a kiosk I've never seen more then two people at the counter. The staff is always friendly but the selection is nothing special. The same brands no bargain. They don't sell Merchandise & they have a Great Name & really good logo. I was always impressed with European Coffee Shops but this place has zero cool vibes. It's like going to a bank without the Style or Color scheme. If they could set up an ATM/ Cigarette Machine way to sell the product & not deal with the coustomer they all would. I trust you are an educated client, make a wise choice.

Bare bones establishment. No frills. It's borderline unwelcoming. It's obvious they don't want anybody spending any more time in the store then it takes to pick & pay. Colorado, California, Michigan New York & Nevada handle this business so much better. There is no parking lot & the local police have nothing better to do then watch you enter & exit Try Planet 13

Awful business Do not give them your hard earned money. They will deny you specials that THEY advertised. They will ask for extra forms of id when yours is already valid. Theres no way any of them are older than 24 and it shows. Completely unprofessional and rude people running this place. Take your money somewhere else

I purchased a product where one of the flower bud has mold. I couldn’t risk smoking flower exposed to mold, and Windy City cannabis accused me of fraud/providing fake photos and told me there was nothing they could do. Frank and Alex have some of the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Nothing like accusing your customers of fraud after the reach of with product issues, and then denying their request because “more photos weren’t provide.” How many photos of a single flower bud do I need to provide? Because we all know if I provide multiple photos of the same flower bud I’d get accused of fraud too! Until someone higher up responds to my emails, I will continue telling others not to shop at ANY Windy City Cannabis locations. When someone asks to speak to a higher up, that means to transfer to a high up. Telling me “no.” And then hanging up on me should be automatic conditions of firing. Update: Yet you can’t provide me the number to reach out to the grower and state office. Worthless Update: Frank needs to be replaced/retrained. Literally everything is a problem to him. Want to call to see how many points you have? Frank says no and has an issue. Want to call about product availability? Frank says no and has an issue. Want to call about a price verification? Frank has an issue. SOMEONE LIKE FRANK SHOULD NOT BE WORKING IN THE CANNABIS INDUSTRY LET ALONE BE IN CHARGE OF CUSTOMER SERVICE!

I’ve been to this dispensary a handful of times and every single time the customer service has been very good and the selection and price is very good but this time I came a little bit closer towards the end of the day and one of the employees seem to not want to go and take one extra step to make sure that I was satisfied with what I wanted. Something as simple as just switching off an item that I wanted he did not want to do probably caught them on a bad day, but does not change the way that people think about them.

I love Windy City Dispensary. It's the cannabis OUTLET you have to shop at. Great prices, variety and quality products. The Staff there is knowledgeable and super friendly. Thanks to new employer JOE for you amazing customer service.
