The guy working the place was about as nice as a late night Taco Bell dinner. Scolded. Place needs to get people that know how to smile or fake it to make it. Knowledge of products represented was atrocious. Mellow Mood> for knowledgeable and decent humans

Some of the associates are very unhelpful and will tell you they don't know something about a product because "They just work here". How do you work there and have no knowledge about the things you are selling, or even ATTEMPT to be helpful with explaining varying specifications about a product.

The people here are great, they get the best flowers. When you order from online, it's a lottery hopefully you get good stuff.. here you KNOW it. I prefer this place for the actual flower alone, the glass is a bit expensive, but bats are reasonable. One awesome bit is the rewards program. It's already my regular place of choice so being rewarded with discounts for things I was shopping for in the first place is great!

Very unpleasant experience. Don't ask any questions about their product or you get scolded by a very rude lady behind the counter. I came in happy and excited to be there and to see what they have to offer. But, after asking a single question on a product (not a hard question), she raises her voice at me and got rather verbally aggressive. I got nervous from her reaction that I froze up and left. Never written a review before but the experiences from this place merrit one. I have been here 2x and the first experience was good but the second one was threatening. If you know what you are looking for then this may be the right place, but if you have any questions about their products, choose somewhere else.
