Called the place and the man said “we don’t give our prices out over the phone” stop being lazy and do your job dude. You’re standing right there in store you can walk over and give me a price. How am I supposed to know if I want to shop there if you can’t even price a small glass piece? I don’t live that close. Will be contacting the owner and filing with the BBB if you are accredited. You don’t pay people to stand around and do nothing all day. If you can stand there and answer the phone you can give me a price on product. Will be taking my business elsewhere and posting in the New Haven/New Baltimore public Facebook groups about my experience.

Cheap skates charged me 4$ when the price tag said 2$ only noticed it when I got home, cheap skates. Next time I pass by I'm gonna go in and just straight yell at them about being penny pinchers. Don't come here unless you wanna be scammed.

My experience here was less than satisfactory. The man working behind the counter was unprofessional in his demeanor, and gave me the total price of my purchase as $10 before even ringing the item up, when I normally buy this product around $7-8 elsewhere.

Rob was extremely helpful. He knew what he was talking about and was a tremendous help. He guided us to find exactly what we were looking for. He was able to help me get rid of pains my medicine from the Dr doesn't even help. I really appreciated his knowledge and guidance.

Will never spend my money here again. Bought a piece that ended up being defective. Brought it back as it was less than 24 hours. After explaining what’s going on, the employee acknowledges that it’s defective but refused to do anything but offer 10% off another purchase while giggling about the issue. Not only is this terrible customer service, it's incredibly insulting. I will gladly spend my money elsewhere and suggest anyone reading this does the shame.
