This shop is great, they have a wide variety of glass and kratom which I go for and it’s great quality at a great price. The shop keep is respectful, friendly and gave awesome customer service. He didn’t have something I was looking for one time so he ordered it for me. I support this shop 100%

Thought this place was awesome until I got talked into buying a certain torch that I use to heat up a nail on a dab rig with which ended up being the wrong type of torch for what I needed. Tried politely to simply just exchange it, not return, for another torch of the same value or I would pay the difference if it cost more and was told I couldn't and that I was simply out the $20 I spent. I know you can't return tobacco products, however this was a non tobacco product and I had no intention of returning it, just swapping it out for something of equal value. I've returned or exchanged things at smoke shops numerous times and it was never an issue. Unfortunately this place has lost my business and I plan on letting people know to go elsewhere for their smoking needs.✌

I was super impressed by the customer service from this place. We went to the Havana House at first, but they didn't have much of a selection so we came here and we we're glad we did!! The good there were incredibly nice and super helpful, I'd recommend this place to anyone!! Amazing service!!

So quietly business. Nice and comedy cashiers. Plenty cute space to walk and stand looking around. More room for your cars to park. Strange, right. You should try there. Funny customer service. Not many customers. So quiet and calm.
