Most of the customer service sucks period. They never have anything in stock. You can tell management treats this door like the red headed stepchild. They always do this to the store in the black community. They will take your money and not care about giving back or even having good service or the products that you need. I AM DONE WITH XHALE. Cloud 9 here I come!

Waste if time and effort. Don't let the 4.7 rating fool you. Either they are reviewing the store themselves or they are paying for reviews. Used to be a great store, now it's just taking up space.

Came for raw papers and tips, they barely had any tips and NO papers.... I've never seen a place run out of raw papers..... The people were friendly, but the stock of popular items seem to have disappeared.

The salesman at the counter seems to magically be there every time I go in! He always takes his time with me whether I'm showing at 5 minutes after the lunch rush or just 5 minutes before he closes and goes home!
