The service here has always been on point and the only reason why I stopped going to any dispensary was because it was no longer economical. I truly appreciate the efficiency of the new "walk in" customer experience and now that they changed their point system, I am always only a few purchases away from getting $5 - 10 off. The same day that I wrote this, I forgot my phone and Armando ran out of the storefront and about a block away just to return it to me. Thank you !!

My husband and I came here for the first time and it was a really great experience except for one of the employees. But Mr. Dahnk(dank) was super dope, he helped us get the best bang for our buck and he stayed with us until we were all the way satisfied. The dude at the checkout was dope too

I was helped by Safiya and she was beyond amazing. She was super nice and put me at ease. It was my first time buying since I gave birth and she made sure I got all possible discounts while also holding a pleasant conversation.

My aero pay wasn’t giving me the option to tip and I didn’t have cash on me, but Leslie Made a point to highlight that the staff appreciates us regardless. Very genuine and kind as all the staff usually is. Thank you ZenLeaf for always making me feel welcome!

Great dispensary, I only shop recreationally so I can't speak on the medical side of purchasing. Staff are always friendly and I don't have any issues asking them questions. I typically only buy 1 type of edible and when there was a period of time that it was low stock/frequently sold out their staff was very knowledgeable about the situation with the brand and specific item I get and let me know when to start expecting it back in stock without issues again. Most of the time when I visit there is either a food truck or another small vendor selling outdoor. Never had an issue with the other vendors and I love that they partner up like this! Getting food while picking up orders is a huge convenience that I love. The shop operates mostly bodega style now, I haven't had a chance to really see how that feels as I usually place online orders.

I will definitely be going there again I got a pre Roll for my birthday on July 17 and safiya she was a good help I will get friends to go there nice people so clean I got white wedding

I had purchased a cartridge from this location. And had owned my new package this afternoon to find out that my select cartridge was faulty. I recommend not shopping at this location as they sell faulty products. I had called customer service as I found out today my cartridge doesn’t work. They were unable to do anything for me as it is past their three day policy for cartridges. I find it ridiculous that they wanted me to reach out to the brand select on Instagram to see if they could do anything for me. I find it ridiculous that I have to open all of my products when I get them to make sure they work. Unfortunately I wished they offered me a discount on my next purchase as I have now wasted money on their products for no return. I won’t be shopping at this location or any associated locations. Really disappointing and upsetting they can’t do anything for me when I have the product, original package , and my receipt when they sold me a faulty product I don’t even get to use and waste my money on their business. 🖕🏻

Jaclyn did an amazing job! She had me in and out of the store in no time at all. I had an online order which expedites the transaction. But still, I could tell she was a pro at her job. She put those stickers on so fast! Really impressed. If Zen Leaf hires a bunch of people like her, they will be set up for success LONG into the future. It was an absolute pleasure doing business with Jaclyn tonight.

OMG.... the best customer service. I like the staff. Excellent! I had him recommend a nice mellow, relaxing feeling without getting zonked out.... Flower that is. He was professional and I trusted his recommendation..... He was right.... At least for me. Enjoy your day✌️
