New Vape didn’t charge when I got home, I called the store and the Associate that answered the phone said he would let the team know in their group chat that I would be arriving for an exchange the next day and he will approved an upgrade due to the fact they didn’t have anymore of my vape in stock… well, the team didn’t know anything about it when I arrived the next day, I ended up with a bright pink vape that has the power of a 1974 Pinto (with no upgrades). Two stars for effort. And I’ll try again tomorrow…

More expensive than other shops but Fel, the lady cashier made it worth. I've driven by a lot but stopped here- thankfully I did. I saw some of the other bad reviews and was hesitant but I told her I was going to leave an honest review after visiting. Fel has such great service and a warm personality. She was helping a customer when I walked in, still me and called the owner for input on an a minor issue that she was helping the customer with. She gave that customer more advice after it was solved and instructions. I could see the other lady was very happily waiting and Fel helped her throughly. My turn came and she spent a good time explaining the products and even laughed while working on Thanksgiving. They will definitely get my money again solely because of her; I haven't dealt with the guys there and usually go to their competitor; However, they were closed today and thankfully I got someone who is knowledgeable, beyond amazing and personable. I can almost guarantee if you visit you'll have an amazing experience, IF you get her but I haven't dealt with the other workers. I recommend based on experience and she is worth it!!!! Love the help FEL!!!!!

Customer service is friendly enough and the place looks nice and clean, but here's the deal: I bought a brand new Morph3 mod from this exact location about 2 months ago and my following 4 visits since have unsuccessful in finding coils or replacement glass for it. The morph3 is not an outdated mod or anything, but I've had to go elsewhere for anything I got for it after that initial purchase. Not likely coming back after today's 4th attempt, unless I hear they finally have good stock again.
