I frequently visit. There a is a black family vibe that I love about the place. I ask questions and get answers. I've even asked questions about pricing and they weren't even rude. The Father is quiet, protective. The mother is helpful and attentive, the children are happy and on the lucky occasion I get to see the dogs, they greet me as well. I've been coming since about 2020, 2021. There have been changes like the door thing, or the phone thing people mention. I suspect the policies have changed to protect themselves and their family. But the they have signs that tell you to knock now, and the open sign let's you know they are still there. The quality and quantity of variety as improved and grown. I don't agree with the trap house comments. The vibes are very much like going to a cousin's house.

So the reviews about lacking customer service are spot on. The owners can’t possibly be from TX. They have absolutely no sense of customer service or hospitality. Place is ran like a trap house. Locked doors during business hours, pit bulls, dirty floors, and the owner talks to the customer like you are inconveniencing him. Like you are interrupting his day or something. -Update - In response to the owner, defaming involves stating something that is not true, which the review does not do. You do know it is federal and state law that one door remain open (unlocked) during business hours

I've have made many trips to this location and my only complaint is selections of CBD Leaf as I enjoy different types of strains to smoke but overall products are great, takes care of the pain, anxiety, gives me super energy for the time frame I like then I'm chilling, I don't mind the establishment having a 🐶 cause I love them, actually he adds to enlighten the day, basically to add to receive good CS as a customer you have to provide customer CS, don't come in my establishment feeling like your entitled the lack of respect for a person in position has lost its mind, also just as you found this location, your more than welcome to visit a location that better suits your need, P.S. I'm a customer too and have found nothing negative about this location in my many years of working in CS, ya'll need to get a grip. The way yall (people) running up in establishment with AR-15 killing innocent people, they have the right to secure their space as they are for their own safety.

Not helpful and Unfriendly. Telling all of my friends not to come here. Didn't want to answer any questions I had as a new customer. Acted paranoid. There's friendlier establishments around the area. - Edit- since they responded- That's a wild accusation, like I said. Paranoid.

Product was good, but customer service was severely lacking. When I walked in I was barely given anytime and half of the conversation I was ignored. Tried to ask questions about products to gain some knowledge on what I was buying, and would be given basic answers like " I don't know" and "it all this or that" and wouldn't even hardly look at me. Personally I wont be going back and wouldn't recommend going due to not only poor customer service, but the apparently very strong possibility of getting mauled by the two dogs there for leaning over the counter to look at what is in the case.
