If I could give this place no stars I would.Their over priced.The employe they have working there was rude.I bought a vape that didn’t work & the girl working tells me no refunds or store credit or anything this store is way to expensive to buy products that don’t work will not be coming back.

Westlake Location: I was purchasing 2 FVKD hemp devices on a weekly basis, taking advantage of the awesome buy-one-get-one-half-off-deal (totaling about $97). If I had to guess, I've probably visited a few dozen times. Recently, one of the two devices I purchased did not function. Unfortunately, the manager, who was present at the time, could not understand the value of my continued business and refused to replace the device. Bummer, this location was so convenient!

Took my wife here after I have been going to this location for over 6 months because of convince the grabbing leafs are a little over priced but hey their close to home so I don't mind paying for convince but after convincing my wife to come in and get a vape the next day it stops working. So I tell her let's go back and get an exchange. The lady at the counter told us about some policy that is not displayed on the door nor inside the store.. (customers don't work at your shop their not going to know your policy) policy's for not taking back product or exchanges, especially if the products are bad or no good. So we asked for the management number the worker would not give it out..bad customer service all the way around if u can't get a hold of someone who is in charge at least exchange the product and tell your boss later hey I did this while u was sleeping because it's good customer service especially when it's a repeat customer that comes in every week. Management needs to post their policies that will avoid problems with angry customers as myself... taking my business elsewhere

Sold me a broken vape device TWICE and I swear they put broken used vapes back in the boxes and back on the shelf. Always got a sign on the door saying they’ll be back in 5 minutes .

This place is absolutely a nightmare were to begin... I walked in, place reeked like cheap weed .No body up front but can here a gang of kids in the back laughing wait 5 mins somebody else walks in , guys finally comes out helps them first . Then after 20 mins my lyft driver comes in asking I'm I'm ready . All I need is a disposable. Guy said oh I have 25k puff for $20,and I need 6mg juice . He has $20 60ml bottle . Ok totall $50 plus. Juice expired tastes terrible vape expired not a 25k puff only 2.5k!?Total waste of time and money worst experience.
