Refunds may be considered if an order is cancelled before fulfillment, an item is unavailable, or an incorrect or damaged item is received. Customers should contact us within 7 days of delivery with the order number and supporting details or photos where applicable.
Certain items may not be eligible for return or refund once opened, used, shipped, or where return is restricted for health, hygiene, safety, or legal reasons.
We do not guarantee refunds for customer error, incorrect shipping details, change of mind, delayed carrier delivery, or refusal of delivery.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method where possible. Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider.
