The Owner Moe is very knowledgeable of all of the products, and takes the time to educate his customers on different products, gains their trust, and ensures that he has returning and loyal customers and even knows what his returning customers preferences! Puff palace has an upbeat, sophisticated, extremely fun and positive atmosphere! I will never go to another smoke shop!!!!!

I’ve been coming here since Mo opened in 2016. I can genuinely say this is the best head shop you’ll go to, not only as far as products and prices go, but also that Mo is amazing. If you become a loyal customer, he treats you like family. He knows all his regulars and what they’re coming in for, he’s stayed open late for me, and we’ve had great long conversations about life and everything inbetween. No matter how long it’s been since I’ve stopped in for whatever reason, he knows who I am and still values our long-standing friendship!
