Just stopped by for one,...ONE box of cold medicine for my girlfriend. Was told I need an ID to buy, despite being 40 years old. I get if I was buying a whole case but why do I need carded for one box. Went next door to Kroger and got it with zero problems. IDing a 40 year old to buy one box of cold medicine is an easy way to lose business. Go down the block to Kroger for way better service.

Always friendly folks working there and I never wait in line more than a couple minutes. Pharmacy is easiest to use compared to other local chain stores Update 4/27/23: I don't understand why there is almost always such bare shelves in the "household essential" aisle?

Ryan in the pharmacy department is a lifesaver. My family and I haven't felt the best. So when I went to grab my prescriptions, I asked about over the counter medication. Ryan went and grabbed the generic and the name brand for all the ages in my household and explained the difference and the active ingredients. I didn't feel like a dumb dumb asking questions. I appreciate a sweet helpful person nowadays.

Always quick and friendly service Weather it's the Pharmacy, photo counter or just general Pharmacy shopping. There's also a Redbox located inside of Walgreens. There's plenty of parking. They do offer wheelchair access.

The store and app are not synced properly when notifying you about the pickup status of your Rx. Had to go back three different times. When I asked the pharmacy tech why this keeps occurring and when would my Rx be ready, there were excuses given. I just want my Rx.
