Reading all the negative reviews I went prepared with not a high expectation. To the contrary the staff was very professional, welcoming and ready to answer any questions. Keep up the good service

Horrendous customer service. Pharmacists and technicians at this location need some customer service training asap. If you visit this sunbury Ohio location- don’t expect anything except bare minimum.

I have been a customer of the CVS for very long time and have seen employees come and go. Currently there are two employees that are very well the most part. I will say though this CVS is the worst about dates. They keep changing dates when a prescription can be filled and not filled. It never get a straight answer. I would also say that their customer service is very poor and needs to be approved

Very rude and In untrained front desk help. They did not know how to process my return. The manager tried to help and she didn't know either and she kept calling me dude even after I told her not to just to spite me. I asked for her name and she put her hand over the name tag because she knew she was in the wrong and didn't want me to turn her in, her helper had no idea what was going on. This is the first 1 star review I have posted.

I don't understand these reviews..I have dealt with many pharmacy's and this the best one I have used. Top notch all the way.
