This owner of Havana smoke shop has no respect to their customers. Apparently the owner thinks he can talk to females like he’s in Arabic country. I have never been disrespected by a guy more than this owner. He talk to me like he was a gangster and kept on pointing his fingers in my face. All I did was ask him to scan an item because I wanted to see the price and I left the other item on the counter by accident and he told me to put it away like I worked for him at the smoke shop I don’t understand why these guys think they can talk to their customers like that move forward I will be taking my money somewhere else. As a customer, I’ve purchased hookah bottles that didn’t even last that long flavors that look expired and now on top of that you want to be aggressive and be disrespectful because I left an item on the counter by accident that is very unprofessional so I’ll be taking my money somewhere else.

I just really like this spot. Same nice guy is always at the counter when I come in. They have been having a lot of vapes buy 2 get 1 free so nice bonus to come by/buy. A lot of variety in this store and it is always so clean. Birdies in the back! 🦜

Terrible store sold me a defective Mr fog device and won't refund or exchange it. Has the nerve to ask for tips but barely speaks or knows their products. Amateur company deserves to be sued

Best in area… very helpful If you’re looking for something they don’t usually have they’re willing to look it up and order for you. Amazing customer service. Well worth the trip

These guys are great! They always have good deals and quality tobacco products. I have always went to them and they have always given me a deal I highly recommend this store!
