This owner of Havana smoke shop has no respect to their customers. Apparently the owner thinks he can talk to females like he’s in Arabic country. I have never been disrespected by a guy more than this owner. He talk to me like he was a gangster and kept on pointing his fingers in my face. All I did was ask him to scan an item because I wanted to see the price and I left the other item on the counter by accident and he told me to put it away like I worked for him at the smoke shop I don’t understand why these guys think they can talk to their customers like that move forward I will be taking my money somewhere else. As a customer, I’ve purchased hookah bottles that didn’t even last that long flavors that look expired and now on top of that you want to be aggressive and be disrespectful because I left an item on the counter by accident that is very unprofessional so I’ll be taking my money somewhere else.

I just really like this spot. Same nice guy is always at the counter when I come in. They have been having a lot of vapes buy 2 get 1 free so nice bonus to come by/buy. A lot of variety in this store and it is always so clean. Birdies in the back! 🦜
