They are super helpful. Everyone is always very kind. We order Orijen Tundra through them them make pick and call in order very easy.

Nice and open with wide aisles; calm milieu. Very helpful staff and large training room. Aisles are clear and entire store spotless . More specialized things and food and very willing to fit the best halter, walker, or anything else with you. Homemade goodies. Arranged so pets can pick their likes.

I usually have such personable, friendly service until this afternoon. Maybe she was having a bad day? My 15yr old chihuahua had peed on the floor (she’s taking a diuretic right now and on two other medications for her congestive heart failure, which can cause an excessive need for potty breaks) not marking just by accident. I went up to the counter, explained my kid had an accident and I needed towel, and I just got a look and then some paper towels and a spray bottle. I was grateful cleaned everything up, took my items to the counter, and she immediately just asked if I was a member as if I was just a phone number instead of someone who needed assistance. She checked me out in silence looking at the Computer the whole time. I asked her if I could have a bag for my dirty paper towel that cleaned up the pee, and she just said yes, outside. I asked again if I could have a bag to put the dirty towel in (so I could put it down to pay for my items! I’m just clearly standing there holding a paper towel with pee on it!) she then said we can’t keep the pee in here. I told her I understand…. I just want to put it in a bag instead of on your counter. She had to have had a terrible day to act so no responsive and dismissive. I felt shamed that my dog had an accident on the floor, like mine was the first accident that had ever occurred…. So I just left wishing I had shopped somewhere else. I only gave 3 stars bc they have quality products. I really appreciate the heartfelt apology and have always had very good customer service in past experiences so I don’t want to negate that. Thank you for reaching out. This response does make me want to return and try again. You do provide a great array of quality food, toys and treats. I’ve never tried the grooming service but have always seen pets and their parents come out looking fabulous and pet parent looking very satisfied. The staff is very friendly and helpful. They have naturally made food there that my dog can eat without any having any negative digestive issues. I highly recommend them for all your pet needs!

They were very helpful and knowledgeable. I was looking for a specific cat food that apparently has been discontinued(they knew, I didn't). They helped me find a similar food that was made in the same way and was the same flavor, as cats can be rather specific about their food. Not only that but if my cats didn't like it, I could return it for a refund. It doesn't get much better than that. And they are happy with the new food, that's the best ending. I highly recommend this store.
