Online GNC sucks!! They keep canceling my orders without any valid reasons! They push you to go in store so that you can’t have access to online discounts. Also useless customer service that are not able to explain you why or provide you any solutions, nor manually validate your order. Won’t be back anytime soon!

I went in the other day to purchase a fiber supplement. They didn't have it in the store so the employee was able to order it to my house. The only complaint I have is I asked the employee if they do military or student discount. I think he asked his manager and he said no. I checked on their website that they do in fact do military and student discount. You have to go online to the GNC website to verify your information to receive the discount. Wished the store was aware of this before I made my purchase because it would have saved me money.

This store really has some issues! I have gone by it several times and it says it is open and the gate is closed! I finally walked back after 2 hrs and the employee that works there was opening the gate. I asked are you open and she said No, with a horrible attitude! I begged her to just let me in and get what I needed! After a stare of ARE YOU KIDDING ME! She let me in. I asked what was going on and it seemed to me it was her boyfriend or friend, that said the can’t keep employees. I’m like so what are you guys doing? Just keeping the store closed when it said OPEN? My advise is to talk to upper management and get proper signage that says Limited hours due to employee shortage! Or even have a sign that says when they will be back from lunch! The store is losing alot is money by doing it the way they are! I will from now on get my products from another location! If this is how the store is going to be run! Very disappointing!!!!!!

This store is just so rundown, and you can tell the employees really don’t care about anything. They care more about their phone than helping you out, and honestly they really don’t have a clue what they’re talking about as far as product knowledge. There’s one guy that does a decent job, but the girl should really consider employment elsewhere, terrible attitude.
