I have been a customer for 3 years of this store, it is my favorite smoke shop, I had never had a problem with something from this store but this time I bought an disposable Geek Bar, this one worked well when I tried it in the store, but when I was at home it didn't work anymore, these things can happen and I have never made a return before, so I thought that the staff could respond to this occasion as it is the first time it happens, keep improving, they are a great store. Update They gave me a new one, Khalid solved the problem quickly. Thank you

My beef is with the delivery service. Any other business will provide a menu, so you know how to order properly. The person handling delivery is extremely incompetent, and needs training. I'll be going to the new dispensary down the street where the prices are better, and they know how to communicate.

Came into Smoke Island and was welcomed and greeted by two amazing employees who gave me the best experience since it was my first time in. Purchased a bong special crafted and wanted to come back for the other one. As I arrived home to take it out the bubble rapping I immediately notice that the bong was broken at an even angel and contacted the store to speak with a Manger or Supervisor. In all honesty I’m not blaming the employee nor and I blaming myself because as you can see the specific area was crafted with very then layer of glass and would have been easy to break on its own due to how thin it is. Now a store own or Manager would understood the situation and would have made a accommodation for me to be able to receive a form of store credit or even exchange of equal value, especially after the cost I paid for the bong. Not only did they not allow that, they made it seem as if I was the one who broke it. As you can see there aren’t multiple pieces for a person to break this. The only offer the gave me was 20% off my next purchase… which to me isn’t of equal fairness at all. When I got to the store to show them the item I was helped by two other employees who made my experience go completely down here. I wasn’t being helped in a proper way, I was treated as if I was slow or uneducated, and being kept standing and waiting while the gentleman kept walking away assisting other guest. The store is an amazing store don’t get me wrong. But as far as Management and Policies there should have been earn back to me in return vs given to the store.
