I have been a customer for 3 years of this store, it is my favorite smoke shop, I had never had a problem with something from this store but this time I bought an disposable Geek Bar, this one worked well when I tried it in the store, but when I was at home it didn't work anymore, these things can happen and I have never made a return before, so I thought that the staff could respond to this occasion as it is the first time it happens, keep improving, they are a great store.

My beef is with the delivery service. Any other business will provide a menu, so you know how to order properly. The person handling delivery is extremely incompetent, and needs training. I'll be going to the new dispensary down the street where the prices are better, and they know how to communicate.
