Please a lot of people are complaining of the same problem: “closing time,” but this location is not following it. It says 8.30 pm, I came there on a 30 minutes trip, got there before 8.30 pm and still couldn't pick up my online order. I really needed it, besides, I wasted fuel and time. Please just update the closing times constantly, so that we won't have to be frustrated! Thanks.

website says save 15 percent if you pickup in store,yet if you're standing in the store, u can't order it and take it home. You have to wait 2 hours after ordering it before u can get the discount, so now i dont buy anything today or any other day for that silly policy. *Also, make sure you price check products before buying them here. I've seen the exact same product, such as creatine same size, same brand same everything $35 more expensive here in comparison to GNC.

As a previous customer has mentioned, this location does not adhere to the hours listed on the door/online. Today for example, the hours are listed as 10:00 AM - 6:00PM. I attempted to go in at 12 but the doors were locked. Please update your hours so people don’t waste their time driving to your location.

If I could leave zero stars I would. Their bags of optimum nutrition protein powder are ONE HUNDRED SIXTY DOLLARS!! I went to Costco and bought a bag identical for $63!!! Even Walmart sells the same container for TWENTY dollars less! They would not price match to Walmart. Don’t go here unless you enjoy throwing money into a trash can and lighting it on fire.

I have shopped at vitamin shop for over for over a decade, and the Hanover store specifically over five years. Needless to say, the current manager is the worst and lack customer service loyalty, and is extremely racist! For example, I do not shop online, and my twenty percent off coupon was denied in the store for the first time ever, because it stated,” online only.” Surly, this management is completely oblivious to the economy, and my in store shopping benefits the employees more than me!! Furthermore, the coupon system is the only reason I shop vitamin shop. Not to mention, they have too many shenanigans regarding price matching. So, they need employment, I don’t!! Therefore, they should have been eager to except my coupon. Instead, I was aggressively banned from all vitamin shops. Unfortunately, they need to close this store indefinitely, because the employees are unskilled and bias. Consumers, please be advised, that the company’s apology is a disingenuous adlib response, and complete double talk. The district manager Levy has ZERO regards for certain customers, and condones the gross store experiences. For example, Levy never personally honored my call back request, and I’m long time customer. She’s completely satisfied with the brutal unprofessional customer service experience, in the Hanover store. Dear customers, please consider shopping elsewhere, anywhere. Remember, you can buy the same products cheaper. Certainly, these jobs should be outsourced offshore and the store PERMANENTLY closed due to shady customer service/management!
