The store owner and employees could not have been more helpful. They asked questions about our issues to ensure they provided the best chance for success in pain relief. The owner was especially diligent, providing samples so we could see what worked best before actually providing chasing the product.

I am very new to the CBD products. I found out about SunMed Westford, and I have met Dianne and Jamie. They are both extremely knowledgeable about the selection. The store has a table with some test products for you to try as well. This past time I met Jamie, and felt comfortable to open up to her about what I am looking for. She was able to guide me in the right direction. Even if you don’t know what you are looking for, head on in to the store as Diane or Jamie will help you find what you need and explain how to dose. Pictured is actually a repurchase, Focus, a water soluble product that I take to help me Focus and complete my assignments, work, or cleaning. Also pictured is a trial size for the tincture Rise that helps uplift which is what I was looking to try next.

Jamie had amazing customer service and not only that she is such a sweet and warm person to be around. She explained to me everything in GREAT detail and I felt comfortable with the entire shopping experience. Definitely coming here again!
