This woman was sour, incredibly rude and treated us like garbage. I don't think I've ever experienced such an awful attiude with customer service (without exaggeration.)

I like the products decently and the prices are good, but there is 0 rhyme or reason to how they run the business. They don’t link online orders to inventory, so you can order exactly what you want for pick up, still wait almost an hour once you’re there bc you are still at the end of the line as soon as you walk in regardless of pickup time, and they could be out of stock. So disorganized. I’ve been going here for like 2 years or so now and it has only gotten worse.

The Budtenders at Each Location are very consistent when it comes to Costumer Service, especially with a strategic question asking client such as myself so I truly appreciate their patience with me, as a Combat Veteran with a tight budget for my Cannabis so it helps when I come out of there and the Budtender gets it exactly right, motivates me to leave this type of review… Thanks for all your support for our community High ProXBudega…

I really wanted to make this my go-to place, especially since it's the closest dispensary to me. The selection and prices are good, the staff is friendly...but oof, the wait times are something else. No, ordering online in advance won't speed things up, it's the same queue for walk-ins and online orders. 30-minute waits are the norm, and don't be surprised if it takes even longer than that. And with limited seating, the small waiting room can get claustrophobic real fast. Hopefully they can work to improve this in the future, but in the meantime I'm just going to JP for a much faster pick-up experience.

This is the worst dispensary in Boston but the prices are good.. They are always always sort staff it does matter what time of day it is and very very unorganized.. I find my self drive to other places because it’s a in and out service which I think High Profile start doing more practice because waiting for over 30-45 in the lobby is crazy… all 3 locations need to go back to the drawing board and ask around to other cannabis shops, how to run your business.. High Profile sucks but the best is more fired then the product… lobbies are always packed or the line is out the door on the ramp…
It was better when it was a corner store…
Needs a Big improvement …
