Gotta say I like the Vitamin shoppe franchise.....love the middleton ma store people....the Burlington one only has to be the most unfriendly store they have....starts from the top down....they act like your bothering them.when you ask them a question.....I think you have to have a bad attitude to work there....they are knowledgeable....but who wants to approach them....the lady when she started was nice...went back couple months later and she's like the manager..MISRABLE....QUIT IF YOU HATE YOUR JOB..but don't take your lot in life out on the rest of us

I went in yesterday for the first time, to buy some protein shakes. The person who helped me was friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. Great experience. I’ll be back.

Went there Today 4/6 Saturday at 5:15… Store lights are on computers shut off no one their doors locked. Hung out for 20 mins 5 other people came and gave up like me.. store sign says open til 8 pm.. even if the worker thought it was Sunday should have been open til 6 pm…I made a special trip over there from Lexington they lost my business

Lady at the front today was extremely rude to me. Greeted me terribly, gave me an attitude for wanting to buy some drinks that were on sale. Meanwhile two older ladies came in and she was as sweet as can be to them. Do better, I was not rude at all I just came in to buy a few drinks and leave I don’t see why someone would have to be so hostile.
