I feel totally discriminated against at this braintree store today iv shopped here before and other gnc stores in area.im always asked at check out for number and email i always pass on that and pay for my things and leave never had a problem But today i was denied buying vitamins because i would not provide number and email.was told to go to another vitamin store in mall.i guess ill spend my 95 bucks else where

The manager of this GNC was incredibly rude, unprofessional and sarcastic to an elder today who was trying their best to complete a delivery. I'm appalled at the mistreatment that poor woman had to go through and am shocked that he can sleep at night. Any other GNC would be preferable than one that treats their service members like trash.

Same as the review below. I went to this store today and the clerk who identified himself as the manager refused to sell me two bottles of prime unless I gave him my phone number and email. He told me to go to a different store in the mall. How is this a thing? I called the GNC customer service line and they said that is absolutely not their policy.

The manager named Remi is a flat out liar. I reached out to corporate because the “requirement” of giving a phone number and email is not true. Told me to go to Vitamin shoppe or to Target if I wanted to get a snack without having to provide those details.
