Upon entry this place looks immaculate, I have tried out many dispensaries in the Metro area, but this one is by far the nicest in appearance and communication! Also if you are a first timer here, they really set you up with the best deals and what pulled me in was the pricing was better than anywhere within 30 miles. I highly recommend giving them a try, it is worth the drive, and if not, they deliver!

Shout out to LIV for getting me together!! I'm from NJ and I found my bud home on the first try. The best service, friendly environment, not pushy, just an altogether good experience. Tony got me everything I needed, with a great price tag.

I really liked the selection of products and their deals. That being said, this place isn't without issues. When calling people's name's to enter the back, you should use last names. It eliminate confusion, they called Donald and 6 of us went in there but they only called 5 names. There was another Donald. Now Ignorance also isn't cool, my wife went inside after me and they forced her to wait over an hour, they said she wasn't checked in when she definitely was. I think they just didn't know how to say her name. Could've been reconciled if you guys called last name and first initial. A lady ahead of my wife was crying because she had to wait an hour to get an Online Order. Online orders should be convenient and quick. I placed an online order as well, and it still took 45mins for me to get my order. Efficiency and Communication skills are needed for me to give a higher rating.

It was mine and Brittney's first time at this dispensary. It is a beautiful store, the Bud tender we had was great, her name (Tanya) I'm so sorry I know I got her name wrong. We cashed in 2 coupons that we got at the Woodward Dream Cruise. Are Bud tender helped us with our order explaining everything so that we understood everything, how the rewards program works, the deals we can get sent to our phones by downloading the app. She was so knowledgeable and helpful, really a joy to talk to. I'm Sorry I can't remember her name. But I highly recommend Liv dispensary. We will be back and I'll get her name.

I really enjoyed the set up and the inventory is very good. Unfortunately for it being my first time there the guy who helped me just seemed more interested in just getting me out of there and moving on to the next. I understand days are long so hopefully his day gets better. Very nice location. I will try again sometime soon. Thank you
